High Speed TPV/TPU/TPE Coating PA Nylon Pipe Production Line

The high-speed PA nylon coated pipe production line is used to produce PA pipes coated with raw materials such as TPEE TPV TPU etc.

1) Large number of customers and wide range of impact are had in the application and technology promotion of multilayer co-extrusion pipes, which has contributed to our great technology accumulation and big distribution among similar products.

2) Leading co-extrusion multi-layer flow runner technology makes melt material maintain a stable flowto obtain good quality; and a more innovative technology is adopted to reduce mold cavity pressure to reduce that machine energy consumption.Then  that special structure of mold cavity can have a reliable stable pressure,which is an essential component of high precise co-extrusion pipe production at high speed.

3) Extruder,haul off machine and gravimetric dosing system are sync controlled by PLC system, achieving that zero error communication between machine. One touch type speed changing function eliminate many operating obstacles,which has greatly reduced that unqualified pipe rate compared with other similar products.

4)New generation cutting machine can cut the pipe with very high precision under high speed production condition; the cutting length tolerance is below 0.5mm.

5) Outer coating layer material could be: TPEE,TPV,PA11, and TPU.
