Below HDPE pipe production line is design to make multi-layer HDPE pipes, like three layer or two layer type.
Because of used material difference, like recycled material used for production cost reducing, and different color requirement etc, the multi-layer co-extrusion HDPE pipe line is offered.
Extruder numbers and capacity, model etc will be chosen as per produced pipe diameter and HDPE pipe layer structure, and thickness ratio.
For small diameter range like 20-63mm, there are several different speed models for option, the highest production speed is up to 60m/min for 20×2.0mm HDPE pipes.
And maximum HDPE pipe diameter we can make is up to 630mm.

Multi-layer HDPE Pipe Production Line

Below pipe production line is used to make two layer or three layer type HDPE pipes. Multi-layer co-extrusion technology is offered, because of cusotmer's and market requirements, such as recycled material used for production cost reduced and also high requirements on produced pipe quality, and different raw material with color difference or add different additives.

Machine technical configuration would be different as per produced pipe diameter, and pipe structure, and thickness ration conditions.  

For small diameter like 20-63mm, there are several models for option as per production speed difference. And maximum diameter we can provide is up to 630mm HDPE pipe.

Features of Pipe Production Line:

1) Different model extruders will be chosen as per customers’ need to ensure efficient and stable running of the line. For example, high wear resisntace efficent middle layer extruder is adopted in the three layer PE pipe extrusion system to guarantee the production speed and service life span even using recycled material.

2) Multi-layer co-extrusion die head mold is special designed by KAIDE technical team. Each layer thickness is even distributed, and freely controlled thickness. The runner is designed as per produced pipe thickness ratio and pipe structure.

3) Gravimetric material feeding system is to control material feeding according to pipe parameter & line production speed, to get high qualified pipe with constant weight per meter. It’s also have other benefits, such as shortening start-up time, saving raw material, simplifying operation.

4) SIEMENS PLC programmable computer control system, which could ensure the whole line high-speed synchronous control and its stable & reliable running.
