(1) High Efficient extruder with long L/D Ratio screw, specialized for PPR pipe production, with high capacity and output.
(2) The screw and barrel are independently developed and designed by Kaide technical team,according to the performance and technology of the processed ppr materials,with nitriding thickness 0.5mm-0.7mm.
(3) Motor and gear reducer are all well-known brands at home and abroad, which have cooperated for more than 10 years. Electric Components: Schneider Brand, ABB Brand Inveter, Siemens Mototr, etc.
(1) High precise control system of pipe weight per meter is applied in this line.
(2) It is used for measuring & calculating and precise control of pipe weight per meter and its extrusion output, to realize the constancy of pipe weight and line running according to set parameters.
(3) The application of this system can shorten the start-up time and improve the produced pipe quality, and save raw material.

(2) Servo Motor Driven, with rapid response to the extruder rpm adjustment,sychronous control with the main extruder,ensuring the high speed and stable hauling for high speed production.

(2) Multi-point closed-loop control system, which ensure the high speed synchronous control and reliable operating of the whole production line.
(3) The screen can be customized in English, Russian, and other language to display the heating temperature, melt pressure, current, traction speed, alarming, maintenance reminder, etc.
