The Pipe Accumulator Introduction 

(1) This set of pipe accumulating device is used to accumulate the pipes while changing new coil, avoiding the pipe being harmed when disorderly gathered on the ground. 

(2) At the same time, it will automatically control the coiling speed according to the number of stored pipes, so as to realize the synchronization of coiling speed and line production speed.

Design Features of Automatic Pipe Coiler

(1) Full-automatic pipe winding machine can realize automatic winding, automatic roll change & cutting, automatic strapping and automatic unloading. 

(2) A series of auxiliary devices such as pipe clamping, automatic cutting and pipe end pressing in this winding machine are essential intelligent functions for fully automatic operation of the winder.

(3)Auto packaging device can be customized according to the user’s requirement. The device can realize automatic 3-5 strapping to the coil. 

(4) After finishing auto packaging, the auto discharging part will start subsequently. When finish auto discharging, the reel will return to the initial position automatically. No manually intervention during the entire process.
