At the beginning of 2026(Jan.15, 2026), Weifang Kaide Plastics Machinery Co., Ltd. was honored to invite more than 30 leading domestic and foreign plastic pipe manufacturers, as well as professors from Beijing University of Chemical Technology, the director of the Expert Committee of the China Plastics Industry Machinery Association, the chairman of the China Plastics Processing Industry Association, and many other senior experts in the industry to participate in our high-speed butt-welding aluminum-plastic pipe production line on-site demonstration. Together, they witnessed the innovative achievements and efficient application of aluminum-plastic pipe production technology.

The event featured a live demonstration of argon arc welding and laser welding forming technologies for butt-welded aluminum-plastic pipes. It showcased how a leading Chinese manufacturer of plastic pipe equipment pursues and continuously explores high-speed, efficient, and stable production equipment, demonstrating its rigorous and meticulous approach to equipment manufacturing in return for the strong support of both new and existing customers. Representatives from participating companies engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as technological upgrades and industrial collaboration, jointly promoting high-quality development within the industry.

The new generation of fully automatic winding machines has achieved another breakthrough in the application of aluminum-plastic pipe equipment, consolidating Kaide's continuous experience advantage in the manufacturing of high-speed plastic pipe production equipment, and providing a stronger guarantee for other domestic and foreign companies to improve production efficiency.

Each upgrade in production speed represents an iteration of Chinese technology, showcasing the equipment's operational status at welding speeds of 30, 45, and 60 m/min.
