This Double Station Coiler is designed for smaller diameter pipe, such as LDPE water purifying pipe, Juice Straw Pipe, Medical tube, PA Nylon pipe, TPU pipe, etc.
(1) This Double Station Pipe Coiler Machine adopts Servo Traverse Unit, to make sure the even pipe displacement and final tidy pipe coils.
(2) This coiler is mainly installed on the below lines: LDPE water purfiying pipe machine (1/4',3/8'), EVOH/PE Drinking pipe machine, PA Nylone Pipe machine, Medical tube machine,TPU Pipe machine, Irrigation Pipe Machine, etc.
(3) It is very easy to be operated, controlled by Siemens PLC computer, Synchronous control with the whole line.
(4) Flexible paper or plastic drum width is allowed on this coiler
