Polybutylene pipe is lightweight and flexible, and its soft material is especially handy for long runs, as it's very easy to bend.
And that multi-layer PB oxygen barrier pipe machine can also be provided, with co-extrusion technology, like three layer EVOH oxygen barrier pipes or five layer EVOH oxygen barrier pipes.

Pipe production line is used to make multi-layer HDPE petrol pipe for gasoline petrol station underground pipeline system. Pipe structure is pipe in pipe, double wall type. Primary pipe is a five layer HDPE EVOH pipe, and secondary pipe is a two layer HDPE pipe.
The Petrol Pipe System is the most compact, advanced and installer friendly single and double-wall piping system. Because of used material difference, like recycled material used for production cost reducing, and different color requirement etc, the multi-layer co-extrusion HDPE pipe line is offered.
Extruder numbers and capacity, model etc will be chosen as per produced pipe diameter and HDPE pipe layer structure, and thickness ratio.
For small diameter range like 20-63mm, there are several different speed models for option, the highest production speed is up to 60m/min for 20×2.0mm HDPE pipes.
