Below Pipe Production line is used to make big diameter PERT type two heating pipe, single layer type or two layer type. Machine configuration and extruder capacity will be choose and equipped as per produced PERT pipe diameter range. Two layer co-extrusion technology is also provided. By using two layer technology, the inner and outer layer PERT material can be difference, to reduce production cost. Gravimetric material dosing system can be added also, to control feeding material as per line speed, the control system is closed loop controlled with extruder speed.
This microduct drum winder is used to coil the micro duct from range 5mm-20mm, it can run at very high speed such as 60m/min, 80m/min, 120m/min. The drum width can be flexible different range from 400mm to 1300mm, this coiler equipped with servo traversing unit, for final micro duct well-arranged and good displacement, also equipped with ultrasonic dancer to adjust the coiler speed automatically, to avoid the microduct piling on the floor, while change the coils. The Siemens PLC Control system is equipped for this coiler, which is easy to operate, the total coil length can reach to 5000M for 14/10 microduct.
The 40mm-110mm HDPE Pipe winding machine, is used to coil the HDPE pipe, the final roll OD range from 1100mm-2500mm, and the coil reel is equipped with electrics motor for automatic roll ID shrinkage function, the reel disc is driven by torque motor, the coiling speed can be adjusted by torque button. The traversing unit is driven by Siemens Servo motor, for well-arranged final coils, pipe end sensor and pipe end press unit were all equipped for this HDPE pipe coiler, the final coil length range from 50M to 200M.
The big drum winder is used for coiling the microduct bundle, microduct, PE pipe,etc. The Siemens servo traversing unit is equipped on this coiler, the final pipe displacement is very neat and well-arranged. The drum size is flexible, width range from 400mm-1200mm, OD range from 600mm-2400mm. This coiler is controlled by separate Siemens PLC System, all of the parameter, such as coiling length, drum specification, motor torque, etc will be displayed on the touch screen, easy to learn and operate. The Gantry column close-open movement is controlled by electrics motor.
This Double Station Coiler is designed for smaller diameter pipe, such as RO water purifying pipe, Juice Straw Pipe, Medical tube, PA Nylon pipe, TPU pipe, etc, which is pipe diameter range from 4mm to 16mm. The servo traversing unit is equipped on this coiler, also the tension controller dancer is equipped for automatic coiling speed adjustment. It adopts Siemens PLC control system, all the parameter such as coil length, coiling speed, traverser position are displayed on the PLC screen. The electrics components are using famous brand, such as scheider, ABB Brand,autnoics sensor, SICK encoder etc, to ensure the stable running performance and convenient maintenance in hte future.
2 high efficient extruders are equipped for PLB HDPE ducts production line, one for extruding outer HDPE layer, the other for extruding inner coated silicon layer. KAIDE is the China only company who can produce PLB duct in high line speed with diameter 20-90mm, while 32/28mm, 40/33mm, 50/42mm is more popular in the market. PLB ducts are widely used as protective sheating for communication cables because of the inner silicon layer has the effect of permanent lubrication. When optical fiber cables or communication cables are installed by pulling or blowing techniques into the plb duct, the silicone coating ensures permanent lubrication & low co-efficient of friction. Thereby, the surface of the communication/optical fiber can be protected from mechanical damage when entering or pulling into the PLB duct.
